The International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in partnership with EBRD – the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and ADR Central Global (ADR Center) organised a webinar: “Tools and techniques for online mediation process” for mediators in the Republic of Moldova.
The panel of leading mediators presented tools and techniques to enable an online mediation procedure to solve disputes.
The webinar was held on 29 May 2020 and was organised within the project Moldova – Commercial Mediation and Arbitration (phase 4). The project is Implemented by EBRD in partnership with IDLO and financed by USAID.
