On 08.04.2020, the International Development Law Organisation (IDLO), in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the ADR Central Global (ADR Center) organized the webinar with the theme “Commercial Mediation and Online Conflict Resolution” for members of the business community and freelancers from the Republic of Moldova.
As speakers were: Gavrila Constantin-Adi (ADR Center), Baradautanu Veronica (principal EBRD lawyer), Lefter Dumitru (director of the Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova). The speakers presented aspects and perspectives regarding commercial mediation and online dispute resolution tools related to the announced state of emergency, caused by COVID-19.
This webinar was organized within the project: Moldova – Commercial Mediation and Arbitrage (phase 4), project implemented by EBRD, together with IDLO and funded by USAID.
