On November 14, 2017, the Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova was accredited by the Mediation Council as a provider of the initial and continuous training for the mediators.
Thus, the Mediation Center meets the requirements stipulated in the Law no. 137, from 03.07.2015 on Mediation and the Order of the Ministry of Justice no. 647 from 07.12.2015 regarding the approval of the Regulation on the accreditation of providers of mediator training services.
The uniqueness of the courses organized by the Mediation Center is based on the experience and knowledge acquired by trainers, both nationally and internationally. Among the trainers, there will be mediators of the Mediation Center, who are in the process of completing training for trainers, organized by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), England.
Training will be organized for the initiation of future mediators to acquire the necessary techniques and qualities, but also for their continuous training or deepening the knowledge of already attested mediators in a specific field.
These trainings will aim to promote qualitative mediation, as a means of alternative dispute resolution, getting familiar with new techniques, sharing experiences, organizing workshops and round tables, interactive dialogues so that interested persons could benefit from information support and unification of the community of mediators.
Information on the date, venue and timing of the training will be placed on the web site mediere.chamber.md and on the facebook page of the Mediation Center.
